Child Safety Standards

Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation, and why the usual risks do not arise in apps with no public sign-up and no contact between users.

Last updated 3 August 2026rishav@zuuvy.in

1. Our position

Zuuvy has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit it in our terms, we would report it, and we would co-operate fully with law enforcement.

There is no route into these apps for a child, and no way for users to reach each other.

Zuuvy HQ, Fleet, Warehouse and Partner are workplace tools issued by a business to its own staff and trade customers. There is no public sign-up, no profile visible to strangers, no messaging between users, no photo sharing, no comments, and no user-generated content of any kind that another user can see.

We publish this policy because Google asks developers to state their standards, and because "it does not apply to us" is worth demonstrating rather than asserting.

2. Why the usual risks are absent here

CSAE risk in an app normally comes from a small number of features. None are present.

  • No open registration. Accounts are created by a subscribing business for named individuals. A stranger cannot make one.
  • No user-to-user contact. Users cannot message, follow, search for or see each other. A shop sees its own orders; a salesman sees their own round.
  • No public content. Nothing a user enters is published anywhere another user can browse.
  • Images are narrow and private. A profile photograph of yourself, and — in Fleet only — attendance photographs visible to your own employer. There is no gallery, no feed, no sharing.
  • Adults only. These are tools for people doing a job. They are not designed for, marketed to, or usable by children.

3. What we would do anyway

If CSAE material were ever uploaded — for example, as a profile or attendance photograph — we would:

  • Remove it immediately on becoming aware
  • Preserve the evidence needed by an investigation, and disclose nothing else
  • Report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to Indian law enforcement
  • Suspend the account and inform the subscribing business
  • Co-operate fully with any resulting investigation

4. Reporting a concern

Anyone can report a concern, whether or not they use our apps. Write to rishav@zuuvy.in with "CHILD SAFETY" in the subject line. It goes to a person, not a queue, and it is treated as urgent.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police first. In India, dial 1098 for Childline or 112 for emergency services. Report to us afterwards.

Our designated child safety contact is Rishav, Founder — Zuuvy — rishav@zuuvy.in.

5. Compliance

We comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and with applicable Indian law, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

This policy is reviewed whenever we add a feature that could change the answer — anything that would let users see or contact each other. See also the children section of the privacy policy.
